Shahi Bread Sandwich | Double ka Meetha | शाही टुकड़ा
Ingredients:
Sugar syrup:
One cup water
One cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 drop yellow food color
Cook the syrup for 5 minutes until becomes sticky.
Pour in a container and allow it to cool down.
For stuffing:
In a bowl, take 3 tbsp fresh malai
3 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
Some chopped dryfruits
Mix them
Add 1 tbsp milk and make a thick paste
Take 4 fresh bread slices.
Trim the sides and cut them into four equal parts.
Take 3-4 tbsp ghee in a non-stick pan/kadhai. Roast them until crispy and brown.
