It seems to be printed by a modern printer. What a forensic department. And according to my knowledge, the official language was Persian in the Ranjit Singh era. I am not sure about Raja Ranjit Singh but mughal's official language was Persian. And these modern type files seem to be printed in English. Why?

Archaeological record cannot be 300 years old because that department camr after 1904 and in more detail after 1923. Olderreferences is not older record. Nothing Mughal in there possible.
