On his first night in America, Shahid Khan washed dishes at the YMCA in Urbana, IL, where he earned more than 99 percent of individuals would have in his native Pakistan. Today, as owner of the 14th-largest automotive supplier in the U.S. and the first non-white owner of an NFL team, he has achieved his version of the American dream. In this conversation with EY's Kim Simios, Khan discusses the secrets behind his entrepreneurial success.

I am a Pakistani and I think Shahid Khan got everything from America and he should do everything for America not Pakistan, if he didnt moved to America, he still would be washing dishes in some Pakistani hotel. If he does something for Pakistan or any other country, that would be his goodness but he isn't entitled to do so

Faisal Latif: It is very unfortunate that you are unable to see Imran Khan's contributions to Cricket, building state of the art cancer hospitals and a World class Namal College in Mianwali, which is affiliated with the University of Bradford, UK. In my view, Imran Khan's greatest achievement has been to expose the deeply-entrenched corruption mafias of Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari. Hopefully, these guunda mafias will be eradicated from our country in the next few months. +newbluesky I would have to disagree. I am sure he worked tremendously in his college. I go to U of I and I can tell you for sure that people in the College of Engineering are busting their ass off to pass their class. Shahid even worked part-time during his years, which is just pretty badass, I would say.

You've seen him speak for 20 minutes and somehow feel you know enough to evaluate him on all those categories? How do you know he's not very intelligent? Just bc he didn't go to Harvard or Penn? Maybe he wasn't aware of the schools. If you are ranking his intelligence based on 20 minutes then I'll evaluate you based on your few sentences and I say you are probably below average intelligence
