I have never seen someone soo wise like srk. He is always the starter of change, even if failure was the destiny of the movie. The failure is just maybe will be in the box office but never in creativity. Nothing goes to waste. People will realise that after years. I started watching his movies, i became a fan, and than I started to know him, A Middle Class boy from Delhi, who lost his parents in early age, without any god father or links went on to become the Biggest Super Star Of All Time, a simple person who not just dreamt big but worked hard for it and achieved it, a regular looking guy who made his mark on every Indians Heart has to be special. Time and time he proved himself from BBC To CNN, From The Los Angeles Times To The Time Magazine, From Discovery To TLC Everyone named him the Biggest Superstar In The World And I take pride in the same! A fellowship from Yale University, A Doctorate From Edinburgh University, A Ted Talk That Teaches, highest honours from The Malaysian, French, British Government to Name a few Makes me feel pride! Having won the most number of BEST ACTORS Award In Bollywood Proves How Good am actor he is, if still not watch these movies you will understand ( MY NAME IS KHAN, SWADES, CHAK DE, DIL SE, PAHELI, ZERO, FAN Etc). Yes he is hard working and managed to become a big star. But biggest star in the world? most of the world has never heard of him, do you know that? Sure wherever there are indians they go crazy when they see him...but these crazy emotions are common it seems with indians lol see this salmab court case and the emotions around that. Anyway i'm not indian but have always followed indian films and know him. I mostly praise his people skills, hee seems to be a genius at that. Honestly Shah Rukh was so right about the film Zero and VFX. the entire movie all I could think of was how are they doing this. How did they make SRK into a vertically challenged person doing all kind of stuffs. I really liked the concept and I love how he is always experimenting something diff. I think they lacked in second half but still was so fun to watch. Anushka and Katrina were so amazing. I enjoy such diff stories and movies like MNIK, Fan, Zero, OSO, dear zindagi...and so on Love you Shah Rukh Khan ❤❤
Kudos to Salil what a wonderful interview. You really get into the craft and the thought process of the artistic side and business side of art and creativity. I am putting the pieces together from so many other interviews and I see SRK in a different fashion now. He is not jsut an actor but as he mentioned here someone who wants change to go into the future for the young people. I too agree with him as an art lover, being creative can mean different things an not wanting to do the same thing whether it is a success or fails is a risk. I admire him more for taking those risks. It is HARD but it what you do when you live in that realm of art.
love SRK, he is not losing his faith in LOVE, he is putting his money, for us, to keep on loving, very hard job he is doing. keep on exploring for us and present a new love story in different manner.
I’ve watched Zero so many times. He’s right. The character was so REAL. Way back when I first watched Kamalhaasan’s Apoorva Sagothargal where he plays a similar character. While I was amazed at his accomplishment, and loved the movie, it wasn’t really believable. Zero was believable. How can it NOT be commended and celebrated ?
Zero failed. But mark the words. He is going to make such a film which ia going to amaze everyone. Because he only has the guts to make large scale films with unique concepts.

After 2018, when he failed with Zero, a major change can be seen in SRK. His face has the specific features of an alcoholic, maybe even a drug user, who knows... And his attitude is completely different, as if he is prouder, he no longer has the innocence, kindness and sincerity that characterized him. He is a different man, unfortunately it is a change for the worse. I feel very sorry for him, he could have lived beautifully, he really had everything!
