She has such a great head on her shoulders. She's so comfortable with herself, and not in a pretentious or egocentric way. She just embraces who she really is--flaws and all. That's admirable.

For all the questions about "What's on her face?" Well it's makeup. And it has to do with fitting in. Like how when celebrities get interviewed they do something nice and wear a dress. But Shai wasn't trying to fit in. She expressed herself and I love her for not being afraid and doing this awesome makeup.
I'm about the same age as Shailene and that nude scene isn't the scene that made me uncomfortable when I watched Titanic as a child. The uncomfortable scene was the scene where Jack and Rose made out in a car (or something) and you see steam on the windows and suddenly a hand hits the window... well, in the actual term of a screen test, it's literally seeing the actors on the screen as they read lines from the movie they're auditioning for. In the term of these 'screen test' videos, it's basically them talking about their first film experiences, including their screen tests for them. it's basically just an interview about that.

The first few sentences of this interview explained to me exactly why she annoys me. Now let me be clear I am not hating on her, I think she is a talented actress when given great roles (I'm just going to pretend Secret Life never happened) and she seems very nice I just personally find her extremely annoying to listen to in interviews most of the time. But right there when she talked about the kind of person she was in high school I realized it's because we are complete opposites. In my high school days I was the quiet girl who did homework in the math wing and hated all the immature teenagers around me especially the people that actually enjoyed high school and that social climate.
Don't judge her because you didn't participate in high school and you didn't have any friends. You really need to stop saying bad things about other people because of your shitty experiences trough your life. Make some friends and stop being so jealous.
I never said I didn't have friends and I also never said anything to indicate I was jealous of her or that I had a "shitty experience" in high school. I pointed those things out because it shows that our personalities are just completely different. I never said anything bad about her just that I personally found her generally annoying during her interviews.
