Then, she says "she has the name of a good person" because "Clara" (in English it's Claire) sounds like the name of somebody who is innocent and good, so then she says "Clara-mente no es como suena" which means "Clairly (or Claire-ly) is not as it sounds", again naming indirectly his new girlfriend called Clara. Also she says I'm better than two 22 year olds cos his new girlfriend is 22. She also says you left me with my mother in law as a neighbor bc when they were together he built a house next door for his mother.
