Ok here I go with my explanation about the last song. Long story short Shakira was married but got divorced because that sport guy cheated on her & she didn't shut up about it. She went against both of them on that song & that's why it became a big hit. Like others already explained to you in the comments, this song has broken several records & it was #1 in several countries & let's say it was her come back after 30+ years in the industry. There were tons of memes, parodies & a whole chaos for this song lyrics. The Hat is a Major Colombian Symbol, it is made out of a plant that grows in the caribbean, they are handmade, and Caribbean people wear it to keep cool in the caribbean heat and protect themselves from the sun. You may not like it, but it is a major call out to Colombian Culture. Also, the last song was a cultural reset and a global number 1 this year, a major diss track so well written, the video got 65 million views in 24 hours this past january.
