You can tell he’s ready to go. He has that confidence, like Crawford but a little more bold with it. He needs to fight two three more fights before Canelo.
@@mitzigainer3428 nah according to y'all he's of the Tribe of Ephraim because his father is Puerto Rican who you are is determined by your father correct?
Real interviews are an art. Naji flows with the star and makes them shine, doesn’t over talk the star. It’s harder than it looks, Naji your the best at what you do.
Great interview ,Yo this was the best interview i seen what Shakur. He was so comfortable n himself. Hands down he is my favorite current fighter. To be honest I like him more then Floyd. The last fighter i liked more then him was Whitaker n he has the potential 2be better. Shakur if you reading this, before u blow up come fight at the Barclays.
@@noname-tk4is Floyd is the undisputed P4P king not that fake ass steroid using pinche puto canelo he couldn't even beat a old Mayweather when he was in his prime canelo is overrated and a joke can't wait to see Stevenson shine and also see Bivol smash canelo
I proud of this Young MAN, I mean, I so so so so Proud of Shakur Stevenson. I mean, even though I much much older than him he inspire me to Greatness on what I have going on in my life.
He cried but that just shows how much he loves the sport and wanted it. That fire is what fueled Floyd to take himself to higher levels. The same will be for Shakur. Sometimes those lessons are needed to know how to gauge future preparation and performance.
Ladies n Gentlemen you are looking and listening to GREATNESS!! Shakur IS the future GOAT 100% facts BELIEVE this..To anyone who knows boxing and more importantly “FIGHTING” this young killer is a beast and I in AUSTRALIA wish nothing but the best for this kid and seriously I believe Shakur will be the GOAT and I been a true boxing “HARDCORE” 40+yrs seen ‘‘em all..This is the future..GET EM SHAKUR🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺 respect
@@sogebk but me i met him and couldnt keep up i was a teen. So that makes me lower? I coulda been famous and rich but they said i couldnt hang with the big dogs. So im beneath his iq and success for myself?
Yooooooo, you're the new top journalist of choice. Great interview skills bro...great personality and you cool with it. Shakur is in my top 5 in the sport
Great interview Man Shakur is real humble man I think he is going to be undefeated in his career... plus he is half bori.. puertoricans was already supporting him now puertorico is going to embrace him let's go champ stay focus
@@CigarTalkShow Jared Anderson would be a good interview as well. Of course Tyson Fury would act a fool on the couch. Tim Bradley would be really good and insightful cause he’s not afraid to call shit out. Chris Colbert after the L and this Shakur interview would be good…. Just thinking of fighters that like to talk and have the gift of gab. I’m tuned in regardless 💪🏾
He a real one for sure. I think he over takes all those I don't want to fight each other at 135 gang. He got some skills and he hasn't even hit his man strength yet or his peak. His going to be a real problem 💯
Oh man I'm hangin out with Shakur on #CIGARTALK, awesome! One thing, when someone cries you know they really really want it. Nothing wrong with that cause look where Shakur is now, awesome. Shakur is going to beat up Valdez.
@@cholohippie that would definitely be the closest fight. The reach won’t matter much imo because I feel like Shakur has better timing and speed. It showed a lot in there sparring session.
I would like to see shakur v haney, both technical. Both can fight off the back end, i think theyll fight at welterweight. i dont think devins power is going to carry on to the next weight classes
You got to respect young great fighters today like Shukar Stevenson and Devin Haney who are the new generation of trailer blazers who are creating their own path in boxing today without the "stigma" of the Industry constantly trying to compare them to the great legendary Floyd Money Mayweather. These young men are the new generation of great Black 💪🏾 American World Champion fighting warriors who are "successful" in their own right. Great interview.... Salute!!!! 🤓👍🏾
Definitely bro , he most likely gets up to about 160-165 but it’s not bad weight he does look muscular at 130 so yea, I see him moving up to 154 and cruising at that weight
I love loma but I got shakur on that one hands down big chess match thoe I can’t wait for the tank fight to come to a head like he said that shit gotta sit for a second for all the money to get up there
I Love Shakur but he's a treat to the boxing industry as far as the face of boxing! there tired of all these Mayweathers, SugarRay's Roy Jones's just keep popping up! I Hope Top Rank really give shakur the fights he deserved and help him get to his goals, he's a great fighter I have him P4P after he takes this belt from Valdez the best fighter in boxing, he's a better boxer than Fury, Canelo, etc his skills are crazy.
The last interview I watched of yours was the EST GEE one a couple months back and the two interviews are night and day. I loved the energy from both y’all the questions asked & the promotion of the upcoming fight. I hope Shakur stops Valdez that will be a BIG statement alongside the unification.
@@CigarTalkShow yeah Gee wasn’t feeling you & came off hostile at some points, but you held it down. I’ve watched a couple of his interviews and he’s not very relatable, he be on some too cool for school shit. I could listen to I Still Don’t Feel Nun all day but the projects and singles he’s released after that have all been mid throwaways. I Still Don’t Feel Nun might’ve been his peak🤷🏾
@@TSLLL295 nor sure if it was a me thing the energy was off before the interview started. But I really like him as an artist still. I Still don’t feel nun my fav. Take the good with the bad tho
This guy is special and best thing HE KNOWS it but is humble if kwm . Imo no one stopping his talent and headstrong, shakur Stevensons ability to fool opponent in n out range that's one his strongest asset Lil B-hop next but can't see any 135lbs fighting and beating a 130lb shak
@@tdcllc9941 Is he the #1 contender of the division is he? Is he proven to be the best of the rest? The Teo vs GK fight should have never taken place. Not before the questionability of the Teo vs Loma fight was resolved, just as Teo disputed the decision against GK and GK instantly offered Teo shot to settle the matter. Rematch clause or not, that's what a true UNDISPUTED champ does. After we had the Teo vs Loma fight, we had a questionable champion. Then that questionable champion lost in AGAIN, questionable circumstances... There's no way we can continue before backtracking and resolving the matter. Loma was the first matter needing resolving so the fight should go to him. If he doesn't want the shot it should be offered to the second matter needing resolving, teo. If Teo doesn't want the shot it should go to the proven #1 contender, or should there be no clear #1 contender, the current champion should be required to vacate 1-3 belts before taking any title defence fights which are not a mandatory. Apart from your personal opinion, what gives Haney the right to become 'Undisputed' The '4 king's have never fought each other yet, why would any of them fight the others if they held all the belts? If Haney secures Undisputed, he gunna say the belts prove he the best n will demand unreasonable terms for any fight that presents a real risk. He not interested in achieving greatness in the sport, he no better than Floyd MONEY Mayweather, in that he only interested in securing status and marketability through the safest means possible. He ain't the true champ of champs.
