Yeah bro, you got it. we do shout tracks every once in awhile comma but hey if that's what you do and your pastor was cool with it, I ain't mad at you. Just let the Holy Ghost use you, don't rely on your talent and your flesh, rely on the Holy Ghost.
Victor Reid it's used for timing purposes but that's not the reason we use them. I use Drumloops to enhance the musical sound of the band since it's only 2 of us. Also, it allows to drummer to do more without having to worry about keeping the time. They can freely play.

to me tracks makes the shout experience feel fabricated & fake...so what if the drummer messes up or drops sticks...i like shouts to sound dirty & authentic...with tracks i feel we loose the aggression for precision.....I'll take aggression any day over precision...aggression is where the "Fire" is
