I strongly suspect if the UAF suspect someone they capture of torturing and mutilating civilians, etc… They most likely never make it back from the front lines. What are you talking about? Where are you from? Do you know how it feels to live in a country with dictatorial regime? There is no political freedom, no himan rights. The system starting from the president is totally corrupted. There are many russians 30- 40% who are against the war and who want to free Russia from Putin. But they get beaten, killed, put in jail, they lose their jobs, families, their lives if the go out to protest. Look at the countries like North Corea. Do you see many protests there? There are hard repressions in Russia. You cant do nothing in such country!! And also the problem is that the majority of the population believe the TV propaganda and support Putin

CNN news not always give you the right picture of the situation in my country. First of all its not true that no one is interested in politics. Zolkin talks to the soldiers' families, people who support this war. Because those who dont they dont go to Ukrain to kill ukrainians. People who do support they just repeat propaganda words they hear every day from the TV. Propaganda describes the situation and this war in a completely distorted way and people unfortunately believe it. And yes, even if thousands will try to storm the Kremlin in Moscow Putin will give the command to shoot them. Many will die and the rest will run away. Look at all dictatorial regimes in the world, people can not do nothing to overthrow them. Actually I dont see no bright future for Russia. The only thing that russians can do to show their disagreement is to escape from the regime, thats why more than one million has already left the country. For example, you could look at the facts from Irpin, Hostomel, Bucha, Izyum, Mariupol. Odesa, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Maidan. I was in Hungary very recently to assist with medical care for 1.25 million Ukrainian refugees. I am not in doubt that it was Russian imperialist aggression that caused this suffering to people who had not done anything to Russia, other than being born in Ukraine. Your political system is broken and the only ones to suffer are the Russian people. The suffering of Russian people is nothing compared to the suffering of Ukrainians right now. Perhaps daily shelling of Moscow and St Petersburg might serve to wake up the Russian citizens to the terror which they have permitted their leaders to unleash. I doubt that you will be spending your winter months in freezing conditions with your house bombed, your town burnt to the ground, no electricity, heating or water and daily bombing raids and half your family killed by thugs with guns who are just trying to exterminate you. When you live under that set of circumstances you may argue that one must live in Russia to understand it. I have no wish to understand the depth of hate that Russians exhibit and allow to be broadcast daily for all things Ukrainian.
