Shammi Kapoor is one of the actors I admire the most. His candid opinion about Muhammad Rafi is very touching. Shammi and Muhammad Rafi were made for each other. Those were the golden days that will never return.

What an immensely disrespectful interviewer, had it been any other actor they would have either terminated the interview or then given him a piece of their mind! Its a good thing Shammi didn't rise to it and took back the laid back approach he did!
The host is vry irritating . Unfortunately, if any anchor realizes that he spaeaks good english he does not let speak the guest. Thts the problem with this host too. U r not here to intrupt a legend but to let him speak.
He is not irritated..he is just bored of the same questions been asked over several years by several interviewers ..so some of his answers were through just gestures..he looked bored
@@stitISH I don't have a scientific answer but generally speaking northern Indians and Pakistanis are generally lighter and generally amongst Pathans you will find blue , green eyes. Ofcourse this isn't limited to them as many non Pathans have green eyes in India and Pak, the British did rule India, that may have something to do with it. Blue, green eyes is not the norm but exception from what I have observed within family and others. Anyway as we are on Shammi Kapoor page, I used to enjoy his movies as a child :)

I don't think he is pathan .. btw some punjabis have light eyes too..eg: hrithik Roshan , Rakesh Roshan, kabir bedi,etc to name a few ..there are light eyed ppl from other communities too.. for example actor rakesh Pandey, there are many konkanis who have light eyes ..shades or blue / green ... Kapoor is a very punjabi community...punjabi khatri ...
Funny...that on the one hand this is one of the most popular uploads with regard to the great Shammi Kapoor, and on the other hand you have a bunch of morons asking for the interviewer...to be shot. Ha ha h ha ha...without the interviewer there wouldn't be this interview Danny P
Thats because all shammijis fans will probably watch it regardless of the level of interviewing. Just because it's his interview and no chance of getting any new once sadly as he is no more. I agree some comments are too harsh as it's not that bad. But at some instances I feel the interviewer is being very disrespectful at some points. With things that doesn't necessarily add to the interview itself but might be hurtful or uncomfortable for shammiji. Like implying rajji deserved the condition he died in because of his habits, poking so much about his Weight. He explained his health issues in detail in earlier parts of the interview then why go there again. I saw interviewers who interrupted much more then he does, so this is still OK to watch. But those few points are just unneeded poking someone.
