Nice moves! Im not a huge fan of the small rossguard, but I am aware that at least "cossack" fencing included parrying with cuts and using the blade to do so. The hilt as a whole tho, looks really beautiful. What is the black material in the hilt?
Curvature of the sword does help cutting but straight swords make just as good cutters. It really comes down to technique and characteristics of the blade.
@@user-xh8dh6zy3x yeah then Avicenna or Rumi are Turks that would be surely what you think as well😂 so funny-Shamshir is one of the most Persian things ever.
Yeah, we Finnish love our milk. I think it tastes much better than milk that they have in US or in France. That`s only my opinion, nothing more. Just today had a pint of sour milk, which I love even more than milk.
@@Sukkamariini the design it's the sword that beat the Roman's and its also ment to be used with a shield the correct technique you can hook around your opponents shield with the false edge of witch the first seven inches are Sharp and if you turn the sword around you can use it as a hook weapon to penetrate the armor of your opponent also very easy to use just a flick of the wrist and you can end the fight get one you will fall in love with it
I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean with Bd? I bought this from Kult of Athena years ago and sword has served me well. There is a cold steel persian shamshir available in Kult of Athena for about 230 USD, which is basically the same blade but at least the design of the guard is different. I must say I prefer the older model that I have.
