We recently went to the Shan Lin Xi high mountain tea region of Taiwan to check on the spring 2021 harvest of our Shan Lin Xi High Mountain Oolong Tea. It was cool and foggy high up in the mountains of central Taiwan and the harvest was well on its way. We filmed part of the tea harvesting and some of the processing and now share it here with you.

How much does these oolong teas cost per kg??

@@EcoChaTeas ok sir.. But I wanna know coz we are also a tea producer.. I'm also a tea maker but I found that we produce premium teas but we sell it on a very low price due to lack of Exprot facility in our country... I follow your videos so I wanna know bout it.. Lots of love from the High Hills of Nepal..

I’d like to collect all the mist with both my hands and squeeze it out for a cup of tea. (PS: A Dou Dou Che could be useful on that mountain;) (=little train - 都都车 ?)

Just picked up 2oz today from my local tea shop, what an incredible oolong! As far as lighter oolongs go I don't think you can get better than the high mountain Taiwanese varieties.
