shane totally got the hang of it and the whole band kept it like it was after 3.4 seasons at least, a personality who would do anything because he loves to die brutally. I would really like to see Negan meet abraham.

Shane was cruel, so if he had been the leader the group would have become stronger, he was a specialist in survival and made the right decisions for the sake of Karl and Lori, he was ready to give his life and I think that with him, Karl would not have been killed by a walker and Lori would have been alive

I love how Shane dominated Rick the whole fight but just immobilized him with the motorcycle instead of killing him. Shane is the GOAT and should have survived, he was right from the start
