For those that just start learning Shangguan, don't be too hasty and try to do the fast, nonstop 5-dash ult. That combo is REALLY inconsistent if you still not used to how her ult feels. It also dependent on whether your opponents have CC or not. Instead of that, do the "slow" combo that Kyoui did thorought this vid. 5:29 is a good example of that. The key point for doing that is to STOP PRESSING your movement joystick after 2 dashes. To put in in words, the combo sequence would be : 2 - press ult+dash - dash - wait for a bit - 1 - dash - dash - dash
The roles you gonna like is usually whatever playstyle you usually do in a game/teamfight If you like go into the backlines/want have huge impact, Clash lane, jungler, assasin midlane. If you like to be the main damage dps, farmlane, midlane. And if its Roamer, you like to initiate, peel/be agressive in the frontline. You cant be good at all 5 roles, since when u get into masters, alot of the players are alr have a firm grasp of their role, a minimum of 2 role is nice
@@Anomoly99 basic attack doesn't trigger the dash so if your hero is trying to chase an enemy to hit with your basic attack you can move it while preserving your dash in her ulti
@@boutinpowered8373 Shangguan's dashes aren't triggered by the basic attack button, but by the movement joystick instead. If you pay close attention during the ult combo, you'd notice that Shangguan will dash to the direction of the joystick
@@youagain8447 oooook, i did the long range dash then jump in practice mode, I thought it was my basics, I'll do it again to make sure I know how, lol, thanks
