I have retro shani in 10th in tarus. I wanted to be a doctor since i was a child. Hopefully I'll be getting mbbs this year. My career has always been my first priority (though I'm not very old). My parents have had a lot of issues with money seeing them go through that has motivated. Secondly i come from a very academically inclined family and i realised this young that if i had good grades i got more privileges to do what i want But the most powerful motivation is my mom and not to end up like her. She is a very intelligent woman who never got support because her family is very conservative but she raised me to be independent. I have also seen a lot of women in toxic/abusive marriages but they can't leave because they have never earned a penny in their lives and have no one to support them. So shani motivates me to work hard for money and power because thats the only way i can live the life i want and make my own decisions.

I have saturn, venus and mercury in the 10th... I've had 4 jobs, and all of them was a living hell... My ascendant sign is aquarius. Started working in mercury mahadasha, had 3 jobs in mercury mahadasha.. and the last ( for over 7 years) in ketu mahadasha.... I quit in dasha sandhi of venus mahadasha... I´ve had abusive bosses and more workload than my colleagues, it was unfair and stressful...i am actually quite traumatized with work, so I still can´t relate with all you said in this video.
