Her vocals are going to be inconsistent because she had undergone a vocal chord surgery due to lyme's disease. It's okay if one doesn't like the performance but the hate is unnecessary. This is a phenomenal human being who went through a lot of hardships and overcame all of them to stand where she is today. If I was at the concert, I would encourage her all the way even if her vocals failed in portions of the performance.
I read an article saying the same thing. There were videos posted. It didn’t even look like her. It looks like she’s recently had plastic surgery. I don’t like her new song. I did like some of her previous material.
People can voice their opinion; and they will. I wouldn't call it hate, though. Yes, she's been through a lot; so have a lot of other people, but that's beside the point. Her singing isn't the same.
@@pamelabacker2420 I agree that people will express their opinion. The only thing is that her voice has been different since her last album 'Now' in 2017. I guess people went to her concert thinking that they will get to experience the 90s-early 2000s Shania, which is just unrealistic expectations.
She's a champion❤ if you've never battled an illness than perhaps you won't understand. Illness can be a transformative and this is who she wants to be, imagine being forced to sing the same song over and over but your not the same person... do u shania!!
Listen to Trisha Yearwood or Martina McBride. They’re in the same general age category, still sound great and haven’t changed their music (and looks) so much that they sound like different artists.
Not true, video from bathroom and drink breaks. And edited videos making seem like people were rushing out leaving when in fact they were rushing into the venue. The concert is happy and fun an great. Seeing her again in October. Others gave gone to four shows in a row. Seems more people take away the best of the concert. Then there are those who lie, b*tch or just negative and selfish. There are more people loving the shows than not. That should say it all ☮️

I have been a huge, huge, huge Shania Twain fan since 95'. I have been to a no. of shows. I've even had my picture taken with her at her 96-fan club party. But when she was coming to my area (Blossom) I wanted to go so bad. I will not pay over $1,000.00 for one ticket. She is coming to Columbus Ohio. And, once again I am not going because of price gouging. I don't what people are thinking paying that kind of price for a 3 hour show. Totally insane. Twainman signing off

Forget the 58 and not as young as she useta be, her fun spirit and infectious smile and amazing talent is what people came for. The big guy dancing in the black leotard was stupid and out of place. Felt weird and contrived as hell

I've seen it and that was the last time we all seen the real Shania. This woman we see now is a complete different person. Not even kidding...this is happening alot. You can tell a huge difference but ppl ignore it.
@Livingthe_Sassylife everything just felt really out of place. Also, the rocket ship theme was a bit over kill. Didn't really mesh with her songs and her new music just isn't good. Her two background guys were more captivating than she was. Just an odd experience.
I understand she had surgery, but if you can't perform, don't. I don't want to spend a ton of money for tickets for a performance like this. It could have been worse, but it could have been much much better. Also, feel like the people at the Superbowl with Dr. Dre when you only saw the backside of the performers... 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Yeah everyone always complains if artists change their looks or do any different style of music. Look how well Garth Brooks did releasing that album as Chris Gaines.
I don't believe this article at all. I am reading so many positive comments about her concerts so far. And not reading anything about Taylor Swift or Janet Jackson concerts. I think critics are bothered by Shania's great success because she's Canadian. I know myself I think she needs to prove women are empowered if they choose to dress showing their physical assets though.
I highly doubt it’s bc she is from canda like at all it’s prob bc she is a easier target bc the other two ppl u named have a huge fan pool full of ppl that would flip out and ruin a lot of ppl careers she doesn’t really have that
