This song is meant as a bit of light hearted banter.
A sort of peaceful protest against those who would show their hatred of our Queen & Country by insulting us within the PUL community..
By putting a foreign flag onto Black Mountain these Sectarian Republicans Insulted the British Northern Irish Protestants & Catholics of Northern Ireland.
They know only too well that the PUL community see this as the flag that was used by Irish Republican Terrorists.
If a member of the PUL community tried to walk through Dublin with a Union Jack flag of any size, how far do you think they would get?
Not too far, as the Love Ulster Parade showed.
This song has been put together to try & defuse the situation. It makes light of what happened & although our community feels that they should have an apology from these thoughtless Republicans. We hope that they can take this in the good humour it deserves.
Is it true that some of those who took part in this insult against the PUL community are time served terrorists ?
P.S There is no place for violence within our community.

Republicans thought they would be smart and mount a flag on the mountain prior to the Queens arrival to her state. The flag didn't stay there too long did it, lol and the halfwits "guarding" it ended up in hospital. Hopefully they learned a lesson from it and thick twice before mounting a foreign flag in the UK.

Historically Ulster has never been part of any 'United Ireland' apart from when the English conquered the entire Ireland. Ulster (or 'Ulaidh') was once a part of Dal Riata which was an ancient Celtic kingdom which included large parts of Argyll in Scotland. This is why technically-speaking the 'Ulster-Scots' people go back over countless centuries as people have always moved back and forth between Ulster and western Scotland. The land has always had its own identity, history and culture distinct from the rest of Eire. Therefore it is only right that Ulster, whether it is part of the United Kingdon or not, should always remain free & independent from any Irish Republic. As it was then, is now and forever shall be, Ulster is its own country strong, brave and free!

Can I just point out to the ignorant that the Union flag has the cross of St Patrick to represent Ireland on a white background. The Queens ensign also has the Irish harp. We do not have to go back to Scotland or Britain. We are home and we are all represented in the Union flag. Also, those talking about invasion by England etc should know that the same Normans also had just invaded England. They were french for gods sake. I sometimes worry about how Catholics are taught history. I see this over and over on youtube. Dont even get me started on the use of the word 'hun'. Nobody fought harder against the hun than the Ulster man. Very stupid people, some of our nationalist / republican neighbours!

Just a quick question, how can the Irish tricolour be a terrorist flag as it's the internationally recognised official flag of the Irish state? Whether it's used in the north by Republicans is a side issue, it is not a terrorist flag. I may not like the Union Jack but I would not call it a terrorist flag. The tricolour is far from sectarian as well, the green represents the Nationalist 'catholic' tradition, the orange represents the Unionist 'protestant' tradition and the white represents peace

part 2 Leaders William Smith O'Brien, Thomas Francis Meagher and Richard O'Gorman led a delegation to Paris to congratulate the new French Republic. Francis Meagher returned to Ireland with a tricolour flag (now the national flag) - a symbol of reconciliation between the Orange and Green, made for them by French women who sympathized with their cause. I cant wait to see the day when that flag is raised above belfast city hall, finally then all people will be represented and united together!
