I just got the m6 pro ver 21, and i agree Is better than the m11 pro. And i also agree that the shanling music apps sucks. Sucks so bad that almost killed my user experience. Your video Is the only one i could find with this issue. O installed the FiiO app AND It Easy way better. I tried also pulsar music app too, even better, fast ando Easy to update the music library.

I have the shanling mx3 and l really love the shanling sound.Been thinking between this m6 pro or the new mojo 2,just wondering if you heard the mojo2, how it compares to the m6 pro?Thank you.

I have not heard the Mojo 2 yet but am interested. The only thing is they do not have any balanced out and all my IEM cables are balanced.

Have had my m6 pro for 2 years. The latest firmware when using the Shanling software app, the sound signature is now horrible. I was able to put back the 2 year old firmware and get back to the older signature shanling sound. I lost the ability to download lyrics but it's the sound that matters. Fantastic sound on old firmware.

I really enjoy my Shanling M3X with USB Player Pro added with the parabolic equalizer. I wonder if the 6 would be a worthwhile upgrade?

I really loved my m3x with uapp, but I sold it in favor of the new M6 because the m3x simply doesn't have enough output power to drive any of my headphones properly.

@@scottgarfinkle8395 Thanks for the info. So would you say the m6 can power a hifiman xs planar? Also is the sound of the m6 significantly better than a m3x?

@@mrgee918 I can say that it can power my two planars: DCA Aeon 2 closed and DCA Ether 2 (one at a time, at least). It seems like your XS should be fine. And I'd say the sound of the m3x was excellent to my ears. The problem with the M3x was the lack of available power (and the smaller screen is a little annoying).
