Been with the same company the past 6 years and promoted to upper management a year ago. I’m an average looking guy on a good day, middle aged. You wouldn’t BELIEVE the amount of women in the company suddenly interested because they think I’m making way more than I actually do, or they think I can provide security and help their career. Probably 60% are in a relationship or married.
@BRIANDER100 6’ even and a bit under 94k…comfortable but hardly well off let alone “rich.” It has been a lot of, “I have thought about it for a long time but never asked you out.” sort of thing. I’ve had one ask me outright to get her pregnant, I’ve had several openly admit the promotion made me more appealing….and like I said more than half are involved or married and have ZERO shame about looking to trade up from their man. The only thing that’s changed about me in this time were the promotion and raise….its sad.
If you have a job, have held a job, not a lazy bum with no prospect or goal, and actually working towards your dream and you lose the girl to someone else - it's actually a blessing in disguise.
