I stopped watching this show specifically because Molly was unbearable.

Molly is the worst of the worst. Both of these women should be fired, they’re entirely both incompetent and unwatchable.

See how Molly tried to speak through the points Stephen was making, to try to soften the blow of accountability he was putting on her? She went full-on victim mode & tried talking over him. She LITERALLY said selecting Caitlin would be bad for the women's game because she was just marketing hype & less talented than the players who should be chosen. Meanwhile, marketing ASIDE, she was outplaying the guards who DID get picked -- not just by the end of the season, but also at the time of Olympic selection. And NOW Molly is trying to shift to the idea that she only argued for Caitlin to prove herself. Stephen & Shannon were suggesting she already had, and certainly more than the guards who got picked. And when Shannon confronted Andraya with that fact, she suggested it should essentially be about lifetime achievement. These 2 broads STILL never truly owned their hypocrisy here. They never admitted their lobbying was faulty from the beginning - which is really what Shannon & Stephen were pointing out to them.
