hes a warp squid which explains his powers, warp squids can teleport themselves and others, as to why he looks like an octopus im guessing its just easier to draw but warp octopus and octopus baron just doesnt sound right so they kept the squid part instead
can we just talk how cool riskys ship is more than the flying dutchman, quenn Annes revenge and the black pearl, none of those three road or can walk on land.
I think the Final Boss has too much health. I get it, they want you to use items. But still! Also, hitting her too much is problematic for me because the hit sparks make it really hard for me to see the boss' animations and tells.

I hate to say this, but somehow, this game's visual style (animations included) seems to have more life in it than the more recent Shantae games... I think the more recent games' problem is the flat colors. (To Seven Sirens' credit, those at least had cutscenes that were...full-motion? Well, not done in the game engine.)
If they keep the difficulty of hypno baron from risky revenge into half genie hero it will be great and challenging instead of just flying around in a 8-shaped path shooting fire balls thats going to miss 99% of the time
Pretty difficult final boss, but the (True) Pirate Master battle, A.K.A Full Powered Pirate King, makes it pale in comparison. Unless of course, you spam bubble shields and auto restoration potions like a spineless wimp. XD
+Mighty Minotaur Pfft. He is harmless except his bullets. Dagron is far more dangerous due to his "randomness". With bubble shield I can easily kill Pirate King without taking any damage. Without shield... Well, his last attack when he shoot AROUND himself - it's just a dick move. All other attacks I can evade without problems.

isaac3002 i played both on the 3ds and the ps4 in the 3ds which is the dsi version the warp squids are corespondent to the same color like lilac - tangle forest in the ps4 the directors cut you can warp to any squid warp points after you wake them up which is more convenient
