Proud of you, of your relation with Mr. TATA. I had this idea to join some NGO which will cater to the need of the elderly in 2018. I lost both of my elderly parents as they were thought to be burden by their relations. We stay in Mumbai and they lived in Kolkata. I couldn't depend on relatives or hired help. My Father told me that Medical fraternity and society think that we are bojh or burden on them and they neglect us. My Father was a retired Railway official. My despair broke loose when both of my parents left me within 6 months. My relatives superficial condolences irk me to this day too. Thanks

Really insightful talk Shantanu! Love learning about your experiences. 1 thoughts that really struck me was to share your idea with everyone and let it become strong with feedback from everyone! Will definitely be applying it to my makeup artisty as I am generally shy to speak up about my professional endeavours Plus also wanted to mention as being a makeup artist and constantly being on set, one thing I learned and noticed about the Clapboard on set, is that it’s everything but humiliating, it maybe exhausting, repetitive and requires intense attention specially for long hours. However it’s a key part for the video editing team, also a key part of organising the flow of the film as well as keeping all the teams in sync. It also really fastens the process of post production as the editor doesn’t have to go through every clip to understand which clip to use and where. Infact using a clapboard is great practice and being a AD on set is job that is under appreciated. Just wanted to mention this as I am sure you meant no harm and I do understand that it can get tiring 😊
