I am old. 59 female. I started to learn about myself by attending a kick boxing class with a master who is now 80. I was so scarred of being me. I’ve been hurt physically all my life. I joined master 6 years ago. I still got hurt., but I learnt more. Retaliation to learn to bring my power back to me is possible. I’m stronger today than 6 years ago. Yes I’m old. But I am a better me. . , the person who hurt me physically? Now has zero. I mean he’s lost everything. But his physical abuse of me? Took me too another level. My physical pain made me heal and work harder. I trust myself. Nothing is inertia. We need to listen better. Learn. Take a step forward.

I have never felt so……. Found. I know he has put out the question: do I like the person or do I like the message? Both. The way the message is delivered resonates with me. But I don’t know the person beyond that, so it just really be the message… but the delivery and the person delivering are both inspiring… how can that be discounted? Whatever it is, I have felt so much more at peace even if the teachings and practice are hard to grasp and do. So meaningful. So essentially…. me.

I had to release the life of a canine companion yesterday morning and was suffering from a feeling of failure for a 10 year companion who was so much a part of my heart. I started taking Tai Chi two years ago and stumbled across your videos. At 3:00 am I woke to tears for my furry companion and turned on your talks. They do help me so much with your clear , logical, philosophical talks. I am not religious but I love your view on life. It makes sense to me. Than k you. To release without a feeling of failure. To except change in life without it being a loss but a passage to change. May life bless you.

I see myself being thanked by my government and receiving a Congressional Medal of Honor... for being recognized for the restructuring of our governmental systems, for the programs able to be started, after explaining to the American public why experimentation should replace failing systems, and for bringing further peace to the world, as a conflict mediator, welcomed in any country, listened to by any leader, my advice taken seriously. Because I stand between the two worlds, I was born into my family for a reason, I was gifted with awareness for a reason, I care about Humanity, and it is my intention that I can accomplish this, via creative, alternately thought of means... in my lifetime. But I’m oftentimes distracted with comparing and doubting if this is really the past I should invest energy into. I wonder if my channel will ever grow and what people really want to see from me. How do I know if those doubts and stress are a sign of the universe that I shouldn’t go that path and maybe rather focus on my podcast or if it will just take more time until I figured out my way of communication through RU-vid that serves my audience the best? I love listening to Shi Heng Yi, but I find the commercials in this compilation extremely annoying! I am trying to process what Shi Heng Yi is teaching and I get interrupted. I can't watch Shi Heng Yi for even 5 minutes without another commercial! So I'll stop watching this video!
