My mind is completely blown. All my life I have been taught there are only two true emotions and they are love and fear. Now I hear stop fearing. So that leaves love. I wish I could sit with this man on a regular basis. He could teach me more in one week that I have learned my entire life. I am a kidnapping survivor. The fear becomes so strong that it blocks people from doing anything, hence, “Paralyzed with fear” and for some, it can be permanent. About 10 years ago I saw a guy maybe 15 years ago now he was sitting on a porch and I asked my aunt about him I said who’s that guy sitting over there because he looked young and kind of handsome and she said oh that’s my neighbors son he’s been like that ever since he came home from Vietnam he just sits on the porch and stares so even though he was an older man, he looked young because his face never moved- he just sat and stared day in and day out -that was a real lesson for me to see in person what the mind is capable of

He reminds me of Bruce Lee. I felt so calm and at peace listening to him speak. Theirs this humbleness and understanding about him. I only want to be at peace in mind body and spirit. I wish to think of today only and not ever think worry about tomorrow JESUS Christ spoke of worrying in his word he said why worry about tomorrow, can you add one minute to your life by worrying I want to be in the moment every day that comes Namaste 🙏🏾.

I wonder if there are retreats with this gentleman I once attended a 1 week Buddhist retreat & changed me But it was more Centerered into meditation (quieting the mind) This sounds like challenging your mind Love it !

I had to realize the truth there are unseen forces in this world that we can’t understand an master is right that little fear that u think is minor the unseen will take that an make it a bigger fear now it’s a huge problem for you, we are human and believe me I understand what most go through it’s not easy specially when u dream big and u feel like oh gosh this can’t be real why does this keep happening please brothers an sisters what ever u do keep focus stay confident evaluate the issue from the inside know what u did wrong know what u did right an if it’s still no change maybe within needs change sometimes we have to take that time to understand how miracles happen it’s not Santa dropping gifts in the chimney it’s your soul your higher self that drops these gifts depending on how hard you fight..
