I think that being honest with myself and how I can change my life is key. I learned about the Shi heng yi teaching techniques by carefully listening to these teachings. I guess life gets in the way at times, to be honest. Yet, Im still willing to learn and continue to move on . As im not a greedy or jealous person. My one question is, how can i achieve confidence within myself to begin to fully making a fuller connection with your teachings pleease ???
