Please try not to put your head down and read.Keep your head held high.Stand strong rehearse before. It's very challenging to watch people that put the head down and read from your heart rather than your head ❤

I understand the words of what you are telling, and I know what you mean about the illusion, I think I know....so I still have some meetings with myself to let go my thougts and understanding what you say in the flow of practice🙏

if fear is and ilussion, why not love and all else??
