i know the feeling sierra been in and out of care since 8 months old lived in 27 kids homes up till i was 12 yrs old and im the eldest of 4 who i had to defend against fully grown adults and often other kids in the care homes we was in! i felt alone and developed a massive chip on my shoulder coz of it .......got adopted by a nice couple willing to take on all 4 of us bless em and they had me learn lau-gar kung-fu from 12 onwards changed my life on so many lvls! have been studying all styles of kung fu since! stay strong and remember when your happy with yourself life and the people in your life become happy with and around you too its infectious! gods bless ya

I’m a secret shaolin student. No one knows my purpose, I do my devotional inside my temple. My inside temple gets training from life. I look at every hard or “bad” moments as training for happiness. Heng Yi is the given name, in which Heng indicates the Shaolin generation he belongs to. Shi is the family name of all Shaolin monks, not the family name that he was born with.

Ive been on my own journey finding inner piece I’ve carried soo much anger I complained about everything and anything always broke stressed about work now I don’t have a 9-5 I think before I speak I try to stay humble when conflict arises I don’t debate about anything I know that will stir negative thoughts about anything or anyone I try not to gossip or speak bad of anyone cause I only know what I think I know like the teachings when you have a full understanding thé this life is not meant to make u suffer like becomes a lot more peaceful

I would love to stay there for a retreat as I can't stand this mainstream life and the pull it has on me, I know I'm here for a reason but my confidence is really low and my immune system is badly damaged so I am working on myself everyday so I can heal.
