I will be honest brother Im upset that you completely did not understand what She Heng Yi was trying to explain. you did not allow him to explain further about being on that path alone. you did not understand him. it was way deeper than what you thought. and I wanted to understand what the path of loneliness is what's needed to to keep walking that path of loneliness there was so much more and you completely disregarded what he was trying to explain to you by mentioning how you've never felt alone. its not about being physically alone. its about mentally how all us humans are alone everyday when you wake up when you make your breakfast when your on your phone we are mentally alone. and I was hoping to hear Shi Heng elaborate but you couldn't even understand what he was explaining to you. you must let him speak let him explain himself don't just change subjects. what must we do to get a part 2 of this asap? to where he actually elaborates the meaning of being alone through our path and how we can grow being alone and what others can do to be able to understand what we can do to grow being alone. please brother let this man speak.

I agree, let me 100 with everyone. I used to be always following my friends ideas or following a group of friends when trying to do something that would make me successful. As soon as ghosted everyone, i realized i was alone all the time... but my inner voice... that positive voice, was telling me to be alone and focus on my goals and dreams and take action everyday.... spending late nights alone learning then the next day working a day job and then again late nights alone until 4 am for 2 years! i finally made my dreams come true. Once you realize the power of being alone you can accomplish anything! you will have no one bothering you or stealing your time to entertain someone else. Be alone, spend time with family only, and execute on your tasks. Every completed task will compound and elevate you towards more abundance & wealth! Have faith and listen to that positive inner voice and tell that negative voice to STFU. Never doubt your self!

Exactly its both community and walking the path alone which will lead to success. We can learn from others and apply their teachings and experiences to our lives. But ultimately we are the creators of our reality and as the master said on this path you are alone. Loneliness is not a bad thing.because it allows you to connect with your innerbeing. Lots of people struggle with this.

I live alone, eat alone every day, no partner, no kids, no close friends, no family, no pets, I am 53, I’ve used tons of psychedelics, I have come to find that being alone is difficult at first but after several years one gets comfortable with themselves. I used to feel desperation about finding a mate, but now at 53 I am okay with being alone for what time is left in my life. The biggest thing I have learned is: To control my thoughts and emotions and maintain a pleasant attitude towards life. Good luck to all Remember all this pain is an illusion!

Thank you ❤ I've never met anyone on the same path,to be honest Im walking a path of faith, but on the way of learning to walk with faith, it's been one of the loneliness paths I've ever walked. Been on my own for 11 years, in one room, four walls,no windows,'m not in prison, although for the first 5 years it was as lonely, there was alot of bad habits to overcome, alot of beliefs I needed to observe n understand, n remove as they was not my own beliefs. I suppose the time we spend alone n celebut is a way of getting to know ourselves n be ourselves. Each day learning something more about my journey, being able to take a step back n letting go, each one took time to learn to perfect. When I was alone this was the best journey n path I've walked so far, I still remain alone n probably will always be alone, but never lonely again, as I prefer to be alone as the path does require alot of discipline,focus n requires a level of peace, getting to know who you are n become separate from the illusion, you want to grow so much,you want to be on the path so much that it only seems natural to be on ones own to attain the level of peace of mind ❤ i love my journey so much it's become my best friend,the love of my life, i hunger it thirst for it,think of it constanly, what to do to attain next level whT is required to reach the next level once each level as been achieved,lived experienced,n understood ❤ the next lesson will come when you are ready not when you think you are ready 😊

I think we might mistake being alone with introspection. The mind thinks, and the heart feels. When we think, we create the illusion of separation through the concept of 'i' - the ego. When we feel, we extend our energy and feelings, and connect with everything all at once. Regardless of time and space we are present, and so become aware we are never alone in these moments ❤️🙏❤️

i found that being by myself helped me or allowed my consciousness to be directed within myself. I had to face my own fears, my own negativity learn where i did wrong but in a place of equanimity and serenity. If we look inside and we are in pain this is what ultimately we are bringing to the world. But if we transform it in wisdom and light than that is what we are bringing to the world. but we can never do that if we not willing to renounce distractions and look inside and work on ourselves.

I see it like this; I am lonely as long as I resonate with my three fold personality level alone. As soon as being alone is my conscious choice, when required on my inner development and outer productivity process, I feel the contentment, peace and inner joy. The lonliness of Shaolin Master is that he connects with his inner self & speaks intuitive commentary. This is rare. Thus others are not on the same page. You can observe that with the Mulligan Brother talks from his head (as most people do). So the Shoelin Master only feels connected with others who also speak from their inner intuitive self. Thus life is experienced & recognised as being lonely.

It's very difficult to connect with other people when you are disabled, especially if you are young, I tried to find a girlfriend in schools, dating app, social environment but nothing after so many rejections, these video helped me for a moment but when I start to remember these episodes of my life I can't find peace

I get my joy and fill from little conversations at work (forced colleagues you gotta be with every work day) or like this online with you! Twitch chat is kinda the same, random ppl from all over the world, some watch during work, some after work, some are homebound. If you tune in regulary on a favorite channnel who live streams you'll gonna recognize the names and they will do too at some point. You can whisper ppl too to have a private convo, if someone likes to. There are alotta gamer/pc streamers on there, but i find the outdoor irl travel, art and musician streamers have the more adult communities and often the moderators on those streams are great too. Alot mods and streamers give great advice, but not all ofcourse. I like it, when i got nothing else to do. Streams under 500 viewers are often nice to chat with. Just a suggestion... As someone who's spent the lion's share of my free time on my own ever since childhood, I quickly warmed to Master Shi's teachings. Truth be told, it's only been in recent years when learning to tackle and overcome my CPTSD when the loneliness at times has felt like an extreme burden. But I have seen and reaped great benefits in tens of thousands of hours of introspection I have undertaken. Mind you, being on the spectrum also means I'm the type of person to feel lonely in a crowded room.

I'm used to feeling lonely around people ... but I grew tp realise it was not because I was lonely, it was just that I was internally unhappy with where I was in my life and wasn't doing anything to change that. Things are different now, i'm still not where I want to be, but I know I am on my way. So over time that sense of loneliness will fade, I will be more open to people's stories and experiences and hope that I can pass on some wisdom which will better their life.

He doesn't know what reality is yet... speaking the truth is almost blocking the audience, so congratulations on your patience. Speaking the truth that the Shaolin Master cannot: what exists is the spiritual world creating this reality, as long as you are distracted by not being able to get alone to expand your consciousness, perceive more of reality, cleanse your energy, increase your frequency of existence, you won't get anywhere near achieving ascension / New Earth / the next existence. And you will continue to be led without realizing it by whatever the will of the energies is, like an enslavement of your consciousness, preventing you from realizing what you really are. I am alone most of the time. I'm raising a son and we live in the same home, but I am still alone in my journey. I find that I only feel lonely when my path becomes difficult. loneliness and aloneness isn't the the same for. Loneliness for me is where i feel there is no one that can understands me, nor they should or can, and this is where the only place i can meet myself. its where i meet sadness and my answers in the same place, while alone, is where I physically not in contact with other humans beings that I can not necessarily feel lonely....but i can.

Loniness is not lonely if one combines it with prayer. This when one gains the love of God, lonely with god, every prophet or messenger did the same, they were lonely with god, contemplating. 1 hr of contemplation is better than the whole night's prayer.

It's like when you are depressed. You can go be in crowd of people at the store, a mall, a concert but just being around people doesn't fix your depression or loneliness you are experiencing. Until you force yourself to sit and observe why you feel this way is the only way to truly overcome these feelings. Then you can see the beauty of being alone.

Loneliness becomes unbearable when it's combined with anhedonia-ridden existential depression. When you're confronted with the meaningless of all things and literally cannot find any meaning worth creating for yourself, much less feel any pleasure in anything, it is torture.

He's referring to the 'loneliness' that we are all essentially alone. We can be with others who are on same path but we are ultimately alone in this life and journey. Our soul friends are companions. I am alone but not lonely. But there is a deep awareness that it is my life only to decide. Does that make sense.

It's considerably funny how people who actually like being alone become a mission for others to change their status quo. Sometimes it is what it is. Not because there was nothing else so far. Not a stage, not avoiding to tap in, not quiet asking for help. Sometimes it is disciplined context and being faithful to that. Like anything else that people commit to everyday. But this promise you made to yourself you simply don't break. 😊

This is the concept I have come to. In English, we use the words lonely and alone interchangeably. I don't think this is correct. What I have learned is that being alone is more about being all one in oneself. That is not a bad thing. We are all born alone and are given our own individual lives. One could be perfectly happy alone, especially if they come to a place where they are in love with their uniqueness and individuality. This is not loneliness. Loneliness consists more of a feeling of being isolated or without company, this could be physical as well as emotional. In this sense, one could be alone and not lonely just as one could be lonely and not alone. For this reason, we can give alone a bad connotation when that is not what we mean. I know this was about loneliness but, as the Shoalin monk spoke, what sparked in my mind is that he was talking about being alone and what it means to be alone. That vibed with me.

I literally don't see another human for months at a time. I moved out of the suburbs and into the rainforest. I don't have another soul in my life. I can understand very easily how most couldn't do it.

Solitude is great, being alone is great.. until trauma happens and you want nothing else than a tribe around you. I loveeee being alone but boy, do I miss and need friendships.
