the reversing changes nothing... it is clearly reversed, so it isnt supposed to be him defying gravity. He mad a super back leap and landed on his back...

I’ve been to Shaolin and seen some of the temples. It’s actually crazy what these dudes can do. Do I think what they would win the UFC, no, but they definitely are not someone to fuck with as a civilian.
I've trained with monks for a week. The training is way harder then you think. It make me think monks trained themself into gods. So many things they could handle and do I couldn't

whats interesting is that its said that if a monk does not continue his spiritual side of his training and instead becomes a fighter or an show boater as its called they actually seem to loose there superhuman ability.
