Shaolin Staff Form 

Shifu Seb Morgan shows the Shaolin Staff Form as he was taught it at the Ta Chen School.
At the end, this video shows a couple of Shifu Seb's students learning the Staff. This form requires a student to be intermediate to advanced and one starts learning the Staff after Staff basic training (i.e. how to handle a staff) A specific warm-up which involves hands, wrists and coordination is also taught and done as a preparation before learning, practising and training, so that one has full control of the staff while doing the form.
