Fleetway Super Sonic is more or less an alternate personality that takes effect when Sonic is surrounded by chaos energy and enters his "Super" state, when he powers down, it's not even Fleetway Super Sonic, it's just..regular ol' Sonic standing there, who is probably quite confused
