I love Catherine. She is a Princess and future Queen, but first and foremost a woman from a down to earth family who is well educated while remaining in touch with the real world. The fact that William chose her to be his wife, and as our future King, chose her to be our future Queen, says everything about him also. The kids are a beautiful reflection of mum and dad. Iceland is a excellent choice to highlight care in the community from a business perspective I recently started using Iceland Britain centre Lowestoft and was amazed at how the staff was all smiling friendly and welcoming they seem to have bonds with regulars and I also need to say the delivery drivers are superb I have PTSD and severe stress depression and anxiety so it can often feel overwhelming doing a simple task like the shopping especially when you reach the tills and most will rush you but the staff here are efficient but give off a relaxed feeling they are a credit to Iceland but also should be seen as a template for more shop staff as not all problems can be seen and for me at first glance I’m sure people would not understand how much I appreciate with how my head can be that basic but very effective method also as mentioned with the cost of living on the rise how Iceland also keep their core values with things like reasonable prices and vouchers and savings setups it a credit when supermarkets with far more turn over are still arguing between themselves with sniping advertising but really don’t seem to have the customer at heart just profit it’s another win for Iceland in my opinion

I do agree with Catherine. Mental health should not always be medicalised or a stigma. Businesses should start looking at work-life balance, where mums and dads can spend more time with their families. Some major retailers are embracing this change where employees can work compressed hours for example. Love the emoticons.

Employees are youngsters who start often in retail business which eventually becomes a long term job for them. Its a very good campaign that can team up with people in retail business to learn about what corporate can do for employees and their children. Never thought about it but this video was informative.

I'm so proud of Catherine. When i look at the pictures of the early years of her marriage and now theres a world difference. Its amazing how she has been creating her own legacy, creating a change for the better and now the shaping us campaign that is not only gonna help us as sciety as a whole but will also improve the monarchy's image.
