@@yonkoumb900 Nah he’d instantly be the greatest. We already got someone like KD with his size and he’s pretty much unstoppable. So imagine Shaq with a strap.
Love Shaq! Not just on the court, but how he gives so much love to others off the court. Just an absolute beautiful person. Moreover, a entertaining class act. Got the Orlando glass shatter poster in the room.
Seeing Shaq hit 3s just warms my heart! Though I thought these would be in-game like the thumbnail suggested but still surreal to see the big man with a stroke😅
Imagine shaq in the modern league where he drilled the 3 his whole life. The diesel spacing the floor with like 35% beyond the arch. He was already a monster.
Tbh that shot from him when he was still playing with magic was awesome. It's hard to shoot a 3 pointer from that distance, let alone hitting the board, letting it bounce before scoring.
There's a video where Shaq's son, Shareef, says that he's seen Shaq shoot and make 3's all the time as a kid at home but no one ever believed it when Shareef would tell them 🤣 It's in the second clip, actually. The full video is some 40 minutes long. It's called "Shareef O'Neal: "My Time" Episode 3 ft. Shaq & Quavo" Shareef said that he saw Shaq go 10 for 10 from the 3 point line but no one believed it.
@isaiahayers1550 it's not about that. If you watch any NBA player train youd think they are curry clones. But it takes a lot more than just hitting shots in practice to hit them in game.
@@dark6.6E-34 that's absolutely not true. Yes, they tend to shoot much better in practice than a game, since they're not exhausted, not under pressure, and don't have defenders coming after them -- but non-shooters like Shaq don't look like Steph, ever in their life.
@@dark6.6E-34 well, Shaq is who we were talking about. But when I say shooters, I mean good shooters. If you look at stats across the NBA, I guarantee you'll still find plenty of people with less than 0.5 three pointers a game, less than 30% from behind the arc, and less than 40% from mid range.
Love this video... Makes me wonder why some people assumed Shaq was a bad shooter just coz he missed free throws. Dude was hitting 12-15 foot turn around jumpers from the post with a defender in his grill.
Because he was a terrible shooter lmfao the only clip of him making a 3 in the NBA was the first one. All the rest of these clips are after this career in the league was over
Watching a video of Manute Bol hit 3 pointers was like witnessing a glitch, if prime Shaq was able to shoot..... gamebreaker 😂 Mixed up manute with bol bol 😂
Keep in mind, Shaq used to be a point guard before the growth spurt. Even after the growth spurt he wanted to be a point guard and was known for having a jumper. Because of the era we were in he was told to just focus on being a 'big man', so he put that away. If he came up in today's era he'd have been encouraged to keep his jump shot. Now imagine that.
