If you want to see a build around selune's spear, comment below and I will see if I can make it happen. Not mentioned in video, but The Shar's Blessing passive adds its bonus damage to any weapon attacks against obscured creatures, not just attacks with this spear. So using the bow when needed can still stack up some nice damage.
Go full blinded build Ronin: Hunger of Hadar + raven familiars create a bunch of the darkness cloud. - Next idea: Paralyses zombies build. The ghoul can inflict paralysed from normal attacks - effect like hold person, so go with Dark urge may fit the theme Death knight with frighten attack if critical occurred. - Fun synergy 2 players party build: Ice ranger that can froze, create ice surface just by fire arrow of many targets + drunk reverb light barbarian / + force dmg source dealer such as Machine Eldritch blast/ shadow monk. Or double sniper ice/ thunder explosion nyrulna - Ice duel wielding barbarian with wet trident and ice flail to froze enemies. - Use all psychic dmg build with stone that make enemies vulnerable to psychic dmg ( Resonance Stone). - Full cc or sp role build: full pink cc with arcane acuity helmet to hit 100% if u fire machine gun like EB or SR or arrow of many targets. 100% to hold monster, command, etc cc. - I would like to see you make video with dream synergy team. Wet - lightning - frozen - brittle dmg. Wave crasher, ice ranger/ thunder thrower, reverb light barb/ ice monk, EB blaster. Or full prone/ incapacitated/ paralysed critical hit theme. 😂😂😂
I thought I was crazy for thinking of this build! Thanks for optimizing it! Oh and one more thing to add, you should consider picking the great weapon fighting style frome the fighter dip. It makes a reroll on a 1 or 2 on your weapon damage. Works with versitile weapons also
Pretty solid build, I'm building a build similar to this on my live play for Shadowheart. I'm also doing a video that I'm gonna post accomponying the live plays and I will link/shout out this guide for those curious how I'm building her. Keep it up man. Your editing getting way better.
nice build, but i would change some things. starting off with the rings i would change the snowburst for the strange conduit ring, since we are always concentrating on darkness. the second change is regarding the feats. i would change the ASI for a more effective Savage attacker, let me explain. by the time we get the second feat we would be pretty near act 3, so if we want to bring dex to 20 we can use the mirror in act 3 (very easly for shart). with the many damage dices we have (1d8 weapon, 1d6 spear ability, 1d4 shadow ring, 1d4 strange conduit, 1d4 gloves, 1d4 drake glaive, 1d8 dread ambusher) the savage attacker feat would be applied to all of them, increasing a lot our average damage, and lets not forget the best part, CRITS. with all the dices doubled thanx to the crits the power of savage attacker only keeps increasing. those are the two changes i would to to the build, thx for reading (in advance i aplogize for my english, it's not my first language) Ps. An alternative to the 4 levels in ranger would be 4 levels in rogue, for the thief sublass. I know dread ambusher is strong, but with this build having 2 bonus actions is so strong, 2 shadowstep, 2 unarmed extra attacks, being able to use cunning actions without Wasting ki points...etc And obviously the sneak attack, which we'll be able to use all the time thx to the advantage given us by darkness
@@degli1977I suppose, but feels like a waste to me when I can use ki for the same bonus actions. And once you get spear, you don't really need ki all that much anyhow. For a regular shadowmonk build, like the shadow assassin (link In description) for sure going rogue would be useful. But your main damage is from your weapon attack due to aura of hate to double it, and I really love the extra attack/movement/initiative gloom gives.
@degli1977 rogue is better if you do with a duel wielding varriet running a finess weapons. Likely crimson mischief main or something like rhapsody offhand. That being said gwm is oppressive when it's not being doubled so it's hard to argue it isn't the way to go.
I hate shadowheart, lol. I actively avoid “romancing” cartoons in games. However, I AM a Lae’Zel fan. If I could have romances Orin, I’d probably have done it!
