The Sharnabasweshwara Lake in the heart of Gulbarga attracts many people. The Park on the lake's side is well maintained. It has a cafeteria, a dancing floor, a huge lawn, a children's play area. Very near to the park is the historical fort of Gulbarga with a moat.
