Ensure that the platform tools were downloaded and extracted into the same folder as the Gnirehtet folder. Alternatively, confirm that USB debugging is enabled in the developer options. If not, you will need to grant the computer permission to access the device via ADB; some devices restrict this, or you can also review the commands used
