What's the internal shape of the Aeron like compared to the Race R Pro GP (I only own the old 22.05 model)? They talked about changing their shell shape and I tried on a Skwal i3 and it didn't fit because it was narrower at the upper sides of the head.
Is there a difference in figment between the two helmets? Eg if I was a medium in GP Pro race, would a medium in the Aeron feel exactly the same? 😄 thank you!
I own both, i like both, but I like the comfort of the pads better on the Race R and the chin curtain is better as well imo. The Race R also includes the additional chin curtain extension which I really like.
Fair points. In your experience, do you notice a difference in aerodynamics between the Race-R and the Aeron? Does the moveable spoiler on the Aeron make enough of a difference?
The Aeron-GP has the most room for a comm. system, but it's still rather limited. You might be able to fit a system inside the helmet but it won't be optimal.
