@AllMatter12 at time of independence, Gujarat was 1 of the poorest and most underdeveloped state of India withe extremely low GDP per capita. It's GDP per capita was less than Bihar! Can you imagine that? With 1960 partition of Bombay state into Gujarat and Maharashtra, gujaratis lost 1 of their most important trade cities which was mumbai. Ahmedabad and Surat at that time had a lesser GDP tha Lucknow (UP). They were basically villages. The main reason behind this was 90% of Gujarat was ruled by princely states. These maharajas did nothing but increase their bellies on public money. They didn't build a single industry, or contributed to the education sector. Other states like Tamil nadu(Madras) and Maharashtra (Bombay) were like USA compared to gujarat, since the british had industrialized these cities since they, along with Delhi and Kolkata, were the capitals of British india But today Gujarat GDP per capita is among the highest in India, its HDI is above national average, it's literacy rate is around 80% and just slightly behind states like TN etc. It is the best state for economic freedom and freedom in doing business. Gujarat is a front runner (good performing) state in NITI ayyog health index 2019-21. It has the lowest unemployment rate in whole India and its poverty rate is only around 8% (and this poverty too is mainly concentrated in the tribal dominated forest areas where industrialization and urbanization is near-impossible due to social and geographic challneges). It is also 1 of the most urbanized state of India, with a extremely high urbanization rate.

Namita has invested in most number of companies in both seasons and actually funded more than 60% of them. She is nice to everyone and only invests in business where she can actually help barring profitability. Other so called great entrepreneurs like Piyush , Anupam are only looking to suck the profits out of business cuz they haven't been able to make much in their own businesses
