I have the flex model. I’m still trying to figure out whether I like it for vacuuming but storage a major plus. No more digging the dirt out this shoots it right out.
Hello, while I appreciate this video… I’m disappointed that more time wasn’t given showing “how” to attach and detach the tools, how to detach the upper from the.owner portion so that I can use upper portion as a hand held car vacuum, or vacuum my furniture etc. Being in my eighties with hands crippled with arthritis, I value the light weight, the ease of motion, the light, the functionality and so on, but I need to know more about the mechanics. Right now I’m stuck in my cleaning process because I can’t take the machine apart. Please Help!!! One other item I offer as constructive criticism…you talk way too fast for me (and I’m sure for many others like me) so message the sounds garbled and difficult to understand.
Just ordered a Shark from Amazon. Similar model and I hope it works as well as yours in this video. It’s a refurbished unit which I hesitated at buying but it’s guaranteed and I bought an extended 3 year plan for it. I will order a second battery once I’ve checked out the vacuum. Thanks for this video. J
Yes, the retail version has odor neutralizer. This is the special Costco model. The retail model lacks the "flex" feature, but gains the odor neutralizer as you suggested.
Hi, and thanks for the throughly review but when I hit the link posted , I can only find the non flexible model like you and the flexible one is a different model(shark Stratos) where did you get your with a flex wand ?
The model he shows in the video came from Costco. They give Costco its own configuration, to make it a good value, and so it doesn't "compete" with the retail model.
Actually, I ended up returning the vacuum cleaner it’s a good vacuum, but it didn’t hold up over time. But still a good vacuum. I ended up with a Dyson V11
