Shark Hydrovac Comparison Walmart Red Version 

We've had the red one for about 1 month and so far LOVE IT. I believe it cost my wife $130 on sale. We have 2 VERY hairy dogs and I used to have to vacuum and then hit it up with a swiffer wet pad. I was going through 2-3 swiffer pads to clean our entire first floor and it still didn't 'feel' clean - it was ridiculous. The swiffer also left nasty streaks and made our laminate floors look like a mess. This Shark Hyrdovac machine makes vacuuming and mopping SUPER easy. My only complaint is our kitchen floor is tiled and it often misses spots, so it takes a little longer to go over the same spot 2-3 times before moving on. Also, it misses corners because the roller is a good 1" shorter than the length of the base which is a little annoying. The self-cleaning feature is SUPER easy (just make sure you do NOT use too much cleaner or it will foam too much and say the dirty tank is full every 30 seconds) I usually have to take it apart after every use because of the excessive amount of dog hair it picked up. That also is SUPER easy and literally takes less than 5 minutes to rinse out the roller cover and dirty tank components - plastic retainer and filter. I sure hope this machine lasts because it definitely doesn't have an easy job in our house with animals!

I bought the Walmart one on 10/31/23 mine was for 129.00 but no extra roller or filter but it id come with a sample size cleaner my model # wd100 not wd101 anyone know the difference
