Good for them but as someone that really eat clean, I doubt their product work as they advertised. I think a proper health enthusiast will probably catch on to that but of course there will always be people that fall for it.

A very fair comment 😊It's rather stressful show I guess, seeing this play back - no sleep and lots of filming and I guess in the moments after coming out of the tank we were still stuck on our English roots ha.

Agree he is my favorite. not only does he usually give the fairest deals imo, he more often than not meets the counteroffer if it's reasonable. Also, he calls out other bad deals when they are bad. love that!

It's funny he like the outfits on this episode. I remember an older episode of Dragon's Den and he went off on someone for being disrespectful for not showing up wearing a business suit to do their pitch. I think they had on a button up shirt or polo.

pretty much except in theory the bags would be cheaper to produce and would be a lot lighter than shipping in cans which would also cut down shipping costs (plus being more compact)

@@mrsir4315 at first you don’t think about it and believe it is some new brilliant product, but it really isn’t. It is just canned food in a bag. The only benefit i see from this as a consumer is that you can microwave it in the bag unlike with a can.

And I think it's sort of costly but yeah it's for busy peoplw

Yeah I've posted that. The 8-minute clips the person either got a deal instantly (which is very uncommon) or they got bounced out with no negotiations. Good ones with deals and negotiations are 11 minutes long.

A packet of soup for 7 bucks. You can imagine how its going. Here in europe we can get a packet like this for like 2-3 dollars for the high class product like organic vegan whattever. A cheap Packet of soup like this is like 1 dollar. No wonder they came to the us.

@@haralds4145 Hey, thanks for sharing your thoughts - we totally agree that there are great options in Europe but we could not find any ready meals in the USA that were made with wholesome ingredients, we were living over here in the US for about a decade before starting Proper Good, it was just something we noticed that we missed from back home! Unfortunately, the ingredients alone, before any cooking, packaging, shipping etc is more than $1 per meal so it will never be that type of price overall, and to be fair I don't think I have see clean ingredient meals for the dollar price you mention, only ones with artificial colors, flavor, thickeners, etc. Which clean label brands have you seen that retail for 1 dollar?

Most of the people in America only eat fast food, more or less...the new trend of "healthy food" in recent years is helping a lot of new companies with that "vision" of having healthy products...so you should just focus on having a good product, and you should make it in the US...I'm just saying that because there is no way in hell you would sell this in Europe for that price if we are being honest...I can go to a restaurant in Europe and get a proper hot meal for that price point in most countries in Europe...the US is where you can make it because you have 400+ million people and most of them don't even know what a proper good hot/cold meal is...or they don't even know how to cook any kind of normal meal...so you have a great demographic to make it with a good healthy product because of the prices in America and a lot of dumb people living in that country...I mean if you don't have medical insurance the next best thing is to try eating proper good am I right? hahahahaha best of luck and don't mean to offend Americans but that's how most people from Europe see Americans...

Hey there, well $72 for 12 full meals, made of wholesome ingredients, delivered to your door... so $6 a meal... agreed much more expensive than Chef Boyardee but the key difference is the ingredients, if we used artificial ingredients we could get it that low, but using wholesome ingredients there is sadly no way we could ever get the price down to that .99 Chef Boyardee price☹
