I would have liked to see a demo with actual dirt (oat flakes or something). This would show how good it was at picking things up and also how much it can pick up before getting full, and needing to be emptied. Otherwise, a nice review.

I have just bought one but found that the suction when using with the main head , is not good. It sucks up dirt and then when you turn it off the dirt falls back out onto the floor. Its not bad with the smaller attachment's
Great review as always mate. Is the material of the main section Metal or Plastic? The reason I ask is I have a strong magnetic plates that can be fixed to the wall and if metal I can just stick it to the wall magnets. If you had to choose from this cleaner and the " Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute + " & the " Omni Glide + " for a 50sqm flat with hard floors , which one of these 3 would you go for ?
Do both batteries charge at the same time or does it have to be.in the hand held to charge or hand held off the stand to charge what lights should be on spare battery and when. I have no light when hoover is hooked on then blinking light when hoover is taken off. This is my second machine in a week as the first just stopped charging for some unknown reason after 1 day
Can you show how we remove the extra battery charging part from the base. I unpacked to look at it when buying but have to move and want to put it back in the box but I can't remove it x

That sounds odd if its not charging. First of all just try a different mains socket to make sure its not the socket that's faulty, but if that's ok i would contact the retailer you purchased it from to get it sorted out.
