Near Lake Aslykul, in the Davlekanovsky district of Bashkortostan, behind the village of Burangulovo, there is one of the natural attractions of Bashkortostan - the Sharlama waterfall. "Sharlama" is translated from Bashkir as "waterfall", "stream". The height of the fall of the water is approximately 8-9 m. In summer, the waterfall looks like a small stream flowing down the rock.
There is a spring with delicious water 70 meters to the right of the waterfall. There is a path to the spring and a signpost.
The waterfall is located on the territory of the Asly-Kul natural park, on the territory of which there is also Aslykul lake - the largest lake in Bashkiria.
Like the Shumilovsky waterfall, the Sharlama waterfall is located on the territory of the Bugulma-Belebey Upland, which is a rolling-hilly plateau.
