The Botanical Gardens are not something that I would have been interested in when last in Tenerife over 30 years ago, but now I can appreciate how wonderful nature can be. It looks amazing!
You are bringing so many memories back. We have been going to Tenerife all be it to the south for maybe 30 years. Our boys grew up going there and the eldest finished up living there for 9 years. I got free accommodation with him whilst hubby worked to send me. We haven't been back since Covid and I miss it. I have some fantastic photos of various places on 'The Rock' Happy days
Great video, the gardens looked like a great visit and loved your humor. Not once has Sharon had to hold you up while you are eating. Enjoy the rest of your holiday.
Teide is fascinating, you can see in the top, inns fashion , but you loose your breath when you get up to the top, the air is very thin. It was cold in the summer, so I guess it would be at this time of year. Hope your having a nice holiday. Thanks for sharing. The bird of paradise plant looks lovely , the colours are so pretty.
Strelitzia or bird of paradise flower. I have one in my living room they are great house plants. you will have to get one for your house when you get home 😄
Hope you do manage to get up Tiede at some time or other it's well worth it, Loro Park is also recommended but early morning is essential to miss the tour busses . The Gardens r really beautiful hope enjoyed the much as we did
Another fantastic video folks . Garden looks amazing. Definitely worth a visit. Big counting down is on , only 16 days left . I heard that there is a lovely bar with stunning views at the roof of interpalace hotel . Enjoy folks . Pete
I have driven a rent car past Mount Teide off season. Was Ok then. I think a lot of the time the summit pokes out above any clouds . A lot of the smaller roads inland and around the coastland are pretty interesting . Food looks good.
Hello you two. - love the botanical gardens,my husband and I would love to go there but both of us are disabled but have mobility scooters - would we be able to get aroundOK. As we have noticed all the steps. Love to the both of you. ❌❌❌❌❌❌
Hi Shaz and Martin. Glad you had a nice visit to the botanical gardens, was lovely going around with you once again. Glad you tried the leche leche, i wasnt sure if i would like it, but didnt realise it had condensed milk in it, so thats a no, no for me. The chicken and chop looked lovely, glad you enjoyed your meal. Take care x
Took us a few years to go up Mt Teide and to be honest I wish I hadn’t bothered, I was terrified all the way up! Those cable cars are horrendous and I couldn’t wait to go back down. Totally spoiled it for me. Enjoy the rest of your holiday 🤗

Never ever stop doing what you are doing. I just can’t believe how many jealous, selfish and critical people there are out there. You bring so much pleasure and helpful advice to so many of us. Safe journey home whenever that is. X
Thanks Martin & Sharon for another enjoyable vlog. I've never visited a botanical garden before, but after seeing this, I definitely would in the future. Lovely varied selection of choices for dinner. You're both looking so well and relaxed. Xx

Enjoying your travels! We had a problem when we visited mt Teide, too much wind so we were disappointed but lots to discover otherwise. sharon, love to know where you get your holiday shorts, exactly what Im looking for 😊

There isn't many cats because a couple of years or so back they culled them all. Everyone was told when so any domestic pet could be kept in as any found outside were culled.
Excellent video as always this is what I love about butler empire you aren’t watching the same video every time doing same things you guys always do something different keep up great work guys
There seems to be a real selection of food very nicely displayed, the hotels look really nice. We're hoping fingers crossed, to visit Tenerife this Summer, excellent video. 🍻
The suffix CEAE is pronounced “she I” - I used to watch Treasure Hunt on Channel 4 - one clue contained the word “rosaceae” - pronounce rose-ay-she-I”. The singular is CEA! 15:00 A po sin ay she I! Not a bad attempt on my part for someone who never learned Latin!
So beautiful, hope you're getting the rest you so both deserve. On the upside of coming home is seeing all your beautiful family and cuddling those fur babies of yours. Xx
