I like what the lady in glasses is saying. Its highly probable that she dated him while he was married and she wanted to cover up with the 3 months. Otherwise, it wasn't necessary to bring up how long they had dated, engaged blah, blah, blah, ... if she had not mentioned this, there wouldn't be much brouhaha - but guilty conscious could not let her be.
