Try taking calcium lactate 650-1000 mg everyday, 15 minutes sunshine vitamin every morning , Vitamin C at least 50 mg daily, 15 minutes exercise daily. After doing all I've mentioned try to tap the bridge of your nose using a channey (with your pointing/middle finger inserted on it ) for 15-30 minutes at least 3x a week. You will notice your nose bridge getting higher as days go by. But for you to achieve the desired results depends on how consistent you'll be and on how flat your nose is and would probably take years for you to achieve the nose bridge you aim. Avoid soda, alcohol, too much animal protein, too much flour and sugar as they are nutrient thieves which would impede or slow down vitamin and mineral absorption especially calcium.

Hi! I'm not trying to make you mad or something but... You Can't Reshape your nose by pinching or massage it because you can't reshape your nose especially nose pegs because you are born with it. because our nose is full of hard cartilage which is its bones. The more you get older the more your nose reshapes there's no evidence that exercises are effective. But I suggest you that you can stop picking your nose too much because if you did the skin of your nose will be wider and I suggest you to do some face yoga. There may be some ways that you can reshape your nose but "Nosejob Surgery" is always an answer to that you can have a surgery but its too risky and scary and sometimes it can take your life as well. Ako dati ok naman ilong ko pero mas gusto ko pang lumiit...nilagyan ko ng ipit, ilang oras...kahit ang sakit sakit na.
