I'm from upstate New York and have been fishing northern Lake Champlain my whole life... my mom grew up in Selkirk, MB and my grandfather lived in Snow Lake... Flin Flon... I love Manitoba! watching your videos takes me back there every time... thank you!
I use this technique on shoals for lake trout. I don't even drop a line until I mark a large fish and then I'll just focus in on that fish. Originally from Northern Ontario, these videos bring back such good memories, and I check at least twice a day for new uploads. Thanks for the work and the great job with these videos Aaron.
You are hands down my fav fisherman this world has to offer other than grampa... 75%of everythi g I've learned about fishing to put me on my guide career was from you..thanks so much mr. bluegill... I watch at least 3 or 4 videos a day to keep my knowledge updated ...
I love the videos and can't get enough you are the reason I started fishing about 3 years ago and continue to watch your videos over and over. thanks so much
Keep it up Aaron. One of your biggest fans, you always get me stoked to get on the water! Excited to head up to Dinorwic Lake in Ontario in a couple weeks!
This is hands down the best fishing channel on RU-vid Even though i am more into sharkfishing Blacktiph is shit compared to your channel Fuckin legend bro Cheers from sydney
I enjoy watching your videos. they r very beneficial to my ice fishing and boat fishing. It has helped me land and bag more keeper fish in South Dakota. thank you
EASTER EGG! ARGHHHH!!!!! How many times do I have to watch it? You are clever. None the less here is my guess for it is as much that as an observation, the Canadian flag at :32 is shaped like an egg and even has a nice red white red stripe thing going on. Thanks for the challenge. I may come back to this again but not until my head stops hurting.....
Yesssss! I don't know what the exact parameters of the designated regions are but geography is probably a big consideration and most of "the North" is very similar terrain compared to further South where Manitoba's "Great Lakes" are sharp dividing lines between vastly different ecosystems? I'm grasping at terminology here....
Uncut Angling speaking of great lakes, in from michigan and its a similar situation to what you described. Northern michigan is basically where there is more wooded area than farmland, so you probably are right
Uncut Angling I am your biggest fan I have been watching you since 10,000 subscribers I've watched every video like 10 times you are my favorite youtuber of all time I would love to get the giveaway keep up the great work
yes fish can die if you pull them quickly to the surface... You need to take time and slowly pulling up from depths...Still could be dangerous for fish.
In Michigan we use jig raps but with barbs makes so much difference in the. Fight but that's for food for sport totally agree with you thanks for the vid love the content
Awesome video once again man! I honestly don't mind a one good fish video, we all know it can be a struggle when you're trophy hunting but you always seem to deliver the goods. Keep it up dude
Trying again, Aaron, to find the easter egg. The kill cord? You've mentioned the importance of that in the past? Tiller life has more horse power? You used to have a 90hp engine on it. Looking forward to upcoming ice fishing videos!
I really appreciate your show, thanks for breaking it down and explaining why you do what you do... I have learned alot from you. Keep up the great work!! I get a kick out of your "dry"humor..
Easter egg of the video that cooking pot you have behind your seat next to this motor you cooking up enough for me?? I’ll take a few of those jumbo fills as well!! Great video love your channel
I've watched this a couple times... All I could find that look out of place is; 1. The Karaoke microphone in your passenger side-door or 2.the Aqua-view case... that oddly wasn't used in the video
Hey man,I think you should upload videos more often.I've seen the guys that recently just started and have over 100k subs, and they don't explain tips and techniques as you do.And the reason why,you don't upload very often.BTW your channel is one of my favorite.
Loving All your Videos!! I recently moved from Northern Ontario to The Pas MB and the Fishing up here is Incredible! Your videos are very well made and your doing great at promoting tourism for the North, Soon it will be the only industry left up here! #LakeTroutFunk
I’m going to take a huge guess... is it your Shimano Stradic reel/box?? I noticed the maroonish Shimano Stradic box (if I’m correct 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼) when you were grabbing the box of giveaways from the truck. Plus I noticed the reflection of the reel on your sonar screens throughout the video... worth the guess... :)
Believe this or not. I worked in norther ontario for 2 years in a small town. We fished off a dock in mid-summer and caught two walleye. 1 27 incher, and 1 28 incher caught back to back in the span of maybe 10 minutes. We had absolutely no idea that was an abnormal occurrence and we ate them. Fuck we're stupid.
Thats a sweet boat and setup, boats with a console/steering wheel are lame, look at all the room you have. No need for a 200-300hp engine either. Tiller easier for back trolling. Looks like its 18 or 19ft. And great on fuel economy.
God I can’t keep watching this trying to find the egg. Those knives are badass I really wanted one but alas poor eyesight and a small phone screen have gotten the better of me.
Ok Sunday mission, hunt for the Easter egg...thought it was the second box brought out, was the RU-vid box, but it was not the same, looked more like the one with the Shimano visor.
The part in the video where I am really disappointed. When it's over! The other part of disappointment is waiting for the next one. Only 11:42 seconds of happiness. Alright back into a deep state of depression. Would love to go fishing with you! Maybe next time!
Easter egg is 2:18 when you lost your leg because the knifes are too sharp....no just kidding, the REAL EASTER EGG IS 8:44 when the time is reversed when you showing tranceducer (I noticed the water from the engine is going the wrong way :D )....Also what the hell are you doing with a toothpaste on the boat, are you polishing the big RU-vid play button lure with it? LOL :D BTW nice videos. You should try Zander fishing in Europe sometimes :)
