I really liked your video! Although it would have been cool if you went into all the other features of the light, like the prism, strobe, and what gobos it has
If you haven't solve this till now after a year, the DMX mode is Auto when you connect a DMX controller the DMX Led will Lit and then you can control the movers, if no DMX Controller it will Automatically go into Auto Mode. The reason why the two act differently is because the Channel of the DMX mode is not the same. You need to set both Channel in the same 512DMX mode so that they both controlled in one Fader.
Sounds like the two lights are set to different channel modes and the 20 channel mode is incorrectly labeled in the manual. Channel 3 is common as tilt in 20 channel modes.
Seems like you have them in different channel modes. Like one is in 8 channel mode and the other is in 26 channel mode. That affects which channel controls what.
Which profile are you using on adj my DMX. I have a adj my buddy 2.0 and my beams turn on n stuff but I can’t get to create a scene and let it run the light starts jerking.
Maybe your friend bought two different brands . It will look the same but it have different companies for etc : Ridgeyard ,Shehds lighting and Jun Pro all have the same looking 7r 230 you just have to know which one you ordering because you will end up ordering different brands.
Who else was screening NEXT ONE DOWN 🤣 Enter an address, loved its led then says I think it’s a halogen 😂 Good try son, learn the product first then do a video, everyone starts somewhere 👍 I’m subbing you now 👌
do yourself a favour and don't buy cheap knock off lights, these are NOT professional lights at all (makes you look bad) It is looked down upon if you buy knock offs btw. Hire your lights from a Lighting rental company, they stock the real things and they are more reliable. 90% of these lights from china aren't even certified.
beginning of my video i clearly say that the lights are not mine , my friend bought them and gave them to me to test them out. . There are some descent products from china just have to identify them. these are among some of the not so good ones.
dantonliam if you work in the event production world you’d say otherwise. I’ve seen one too many explode/catch fire and cause great grief. Buying cheap is at your own risk. In Aus, if you were caught bringing these in, you wouldn’t be allowed to use it as most cheap lights (like these) aren’t certified and don’t meet standards.
And where I am there is no rental places for lighting within 4 hours...and they want $200 per day for Chauvet Rogue wash lights....plus taxes and shipping so nope.
