"Necessary"or "Necessity" could be words used instead of "need". By your explanation the reason why Hashem "needs" , something (whatever the thing is; whatever you're praying for) is to bring more of His presence on earth. The example you gave about a women wanting a larger house. By the women praying for a larger house, this is what's necessary to bring more of Hashem's presence on earth. The women would be able to have more guest to celebrate the Shabbat or be able to provide housing for someone in need, etc.. This will bring joy and happiness to others. I tried wrapping my head around The Creator "needing" something, I can't do it. I understand your explanation so I came up with " necessary and necessity" instead. Excellent Excellent teaching😊.
